Please tell me I'm not the only one in pain (9 days pp)

I had a lovely unmedicated natural birth which resulted in 2nd degree tearing...someone please tell me I'm not the only one still in pain 9 days pp. I'm taking ibuprofen and using ice packs but also going a bit stir crazy because I can't go out for a walk :(

I'm at 3wks pp today and my pelvis/groin on the left gets very sore and makes it hard to walk for long. Her shoulders got stuck so I'm assuming it's from that. Hopefully the pain goes away soon for you! I go for short walks for now to just get out of the house for a little in the evenings to get rid of some of the stir craziness.

Mine hurts on the left too. I'm guessing that's where I must have torn more as I was lying on my right with my left leg up in the air when I pushed him out...wishing you a swift recovery!

1 month postpartum here, had a 3rd degree from a natural birth and I’m just barely comfortable with walking and standing for long periods. I finally don’t feel like my organs are trying to escape my body via my vagina/butt 😂👍 hang in there it gets better it just seems like healing is maybe slower for some of us 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had a third degree tear and am 14 days PP. I'm in shock how well I've healed. I did get an epidural and it took them for tries. I still take Advil everyday and should probably relax more!
