Anybody else doing baby led weaning? How is it going??
So far its going better for us than I expected! We still do a bit of combo which I know is problematic in the eyes of purists but it

works for us so far!

I do blw, ivy has a good go at everything but not sure how much goes down 😐

Roasted asparagus is a clear favorite for us 😂 He eats purées too because he became HUNGRY in a way that breastfeeding and tasting food couldn’t overcome so he nurses as much as he ever did, eats 10-12oz purées, and is offered pieces of anything myself and his big sister eat.

We have been weaning since 4 months as advised by dietician so she was just in purées and has been blw since 5 months. She’s doing really good.

My baby has no teeth and just trying to chew purees. I'm afraid to introduce finger foods. He's 7 months on the 12th
