Yeast infection , oral thrush, ? Herpes ?

So I recently went to the doctor about last week and I got tested by urine and I had a yeast infection on top of that I had oral thrush from antibiotics I just recently took because I had bv at first, so with the oral thrush it causes your mouth to burn and feel werid but now I’m noticing that my lip is starting to tingle alittle and I have this little bump on my lip but I have been breaking out on my face too but I’m just worried it could be oral herpes could it be ?
