Help pleaseeeeeeee!!!

So, my prom is in two years and I know it may seem like I have ages yet but I wanna get everything in order as I have a lot to do between now and then. I wouldn’t say I was fat or chubby but I feel very self conscious and I wanna be able to feel comfortable in a fitted dress. Does anyone have a workout plan that I could stick to, to get a skinny and toned body? Thanks x
