Losing hope

My husband and I have been ttc #2 for almost 2 years now. We have a 3 year old. Back in September be began seeking help for infertility. I did the meds and ti. It did not work. I did the meds and the trigger. It did not work. I did the meds, trigger, and iui for 2 cycles now. The last ultrasound I had they spotted an odd place on my uterus. Since this last iui failed they are going to do a sonohysterogram to see what the spot is. I also think that the reason that I have not been able to get pregnant is that my tubes are blocked. I am hoping that the spot is nothing and that the fluid will flush out my tubes. Anyone had this or have experience with it. I am so nervous that I will find something horrible and never have the chance to have another child. My nerves are shot.
