Antibiotics

I had my baby on June 20th. It was not a great experience. I had vaginal shearing? Still not too sure what that means and I lost a lot of blood and had to have two blood transfusions. I went back to the dr today and she thinks that down where I had the vaginal shearing might be infected. She prescribed me antibiotics that are safe for breastfeeding while she gets the result of the culture. There is a chance I might have to be put on antibiotics that are not breastfeeding friendly. I’m a STAHM so I haven’t pumped any yet. I’m really worried about what to do if I need to take these antibiotics and can’t breastfeed. I will know in a week and I know that’s not enough time to get a supply that I would need in order to use it during the course of the antibiotics. Any other mothers that have gone through this? I could use some advice.
