Nursing regression at 4 months?

My lo is 4 1/2 months. He has always been a super quick eater 3-5 minutes. But lately he’s eating enough to trigger my letdown then pulling off and screaming. I do have an over supply and I know it’s forceful. But he then refuses to latch for another 20 minutes at least. He has a enough wet diapers but I am concerned they he’s never officially full. This just started two weeks ago so I wonder if anyone else is experiencing something similar.

My 4 month old just started this, I think part of it is she’s more alert & wants to look around at everything all the time. & sometimes if I’ve just worked out she does it also I think it could be either because it’s a sweaty boob lol or maybe the lactic acid? Occasionally she won’t take it unless we’re laying down which is hard when we’re out in public & I didn’t bring backup

My 18 week old boy is getting sooooo fussy and distracted while feeding the past few days, it’s impossible to get a good, consistent feed in! I was feeding him every 2.5-3hrs a day (5x during the day) and 1-2x a night...sometimes I think it’s the regression, not hungry, and also he may be wanting more or just wants something else. I was going to wait till 5/6mo. to introduce rice cereal and breast milk mix but now I’m thinking of starting. No clue what to do!!!
