Crazy Period Business 💔

So I got my period for my normal 4-5 days about 2 weeks ago and two weeks before that I had my period for about 10 days. I just now started, what seems to be, another heavy cycle two weeks later. This is all within about a month and a half! I am not on BC, haven’t had protected sex with my bf since January since we’re long distance. Is this something I should be worried about? The only medication I take is spironolactone, which I have been taking for about 2 years for acne and haven’t had this happen before.
