So I’m a first time mom and I have been thinking how I’m going do the 4th with a baby. Do I go somewhere to watch fireworks and pray they don’t wake her up (since it doesn’t get dark till after 9 fireworks usually don’t start till 9:15 or later which is 1 1/2-2 hours past her bedtime), let her stay up till she crashes (risking her getting overtired and then extra hard to get to sleep), go somewhere where I can put her to bed at normal time and then enjoy the fireworks without her or just stay home and let her be in her normal bedtime routine and put her to bed at normal time? Just wondering what other people are doing/have done. I’m not sure what to do or what would be best. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!
