Taking Maca After a Miscarriage???

Hello ladies I just had a miscarriage last week. I’m still going through my emotions but I also am trying to stay positive & take care of myself very well. Taking all my vitamins & just eating healthy. 
Did anyone take Maca? And what have been the results? Please thank you soooo much

Im so sorry for your loss. I had a mc in Feb and my period wasn't starting. I drank Maca and within a few days I got back on track. I have no idea if it was the Maca or a coincidence but if I ever have another mc I'll use it again.

Red raspberry tea is good too. I've never taken maca. But I would throw in Damiana leaf. It'll make you randy though.
