Methimazole

Hi ladies i was diagnosed with Graves’ disease in January and i have finally decided to start treatment.

I was so scared to take methimazole thinking it’ll ruin my body. And im hoping it doesn’t but im trying to be strong. The day i started taking this medication i was bawling my eyes out. I just wanted to be like the other women that have it so easy.

But i tell myself every time that my baby is not ready to come yet. When my baby is ready thats when i will become pregnant.

I want to know who has been on methimazole and has it helped you and did you get pregnant.
