Bleeding after masturbating whilst having UTI

Hey guys

Ive recently had a uti for the past week and have been on medication. Two nights ago I felt a bit better and was on call to my boyfriend and things got heated, ended up masturbating/fingering my vagina. In the moment it was kind of uncomfortable, a little painful but I carried on. I woke up the next day and I bled a little, then more today, but brownish blood. I’m not due my period for another two weeks.

Does anyone know why? And if my period cycle has changed because I really Hope it hasnt, is this my period? (Doesn’t feel like it)

I’m not on any contraceptive pills or anything. I’m 15 also.
