For those who got stitches

Are you taking stool softener? It works wonders for me. I don't have to strain so my stitches dont bleed. I also got hemmerhoids so straining makes everything so much worse 😳

Yes! It gets better. I’m 4 weeks pp and I don’t have any bleeding now when I have a bowel movement.

Yup! Bleeding from my vagina and bleeding from hemorrhoids. Stool softeners help but there’s not a whole lot you can do besides giving it time.

Stool softeners from the prescription and Miralax daily have helped me but I was feeling the same.

Yes I lose small clots when trying to go I think it’s just from pushing.
