Any success stories? Or failures? I’ve always had 28-30 day cycles until my miscarriage in Dec; then for 3 months my periods came regularly, then next 2 months suddenly irregular 38C, 39C, and then my last cycle was back to 30 days. I do use Opks anD have been able to detect LH surge. I had day 3 testing and thyroid testing done, all normal except my DHEA was slightly low along with WBC.

The bottle says take 2-3 capsules a day for 8-12wks, then 1x after. Just curious too see people’s responses to vitex , any difference between 800 or 1200 in dosing? I’m afraid to use it and screw up my body more, but dr suggested I could try it. Personal experiences?
