I could never love two people at once. I get very attached to my person. But so many others have claimed to love multiple people at once, that I can't deny that it is probably possible for some people. 
That being said, most polyamorous relationships I've encountered haven't been very healthy. Maybe it can work, but seems rare. So I'd probably just stick to one partner.

Love is a feeling. It does not need commitment to a single person if that’s how the person feels. I believe you can absolutely love multiple people at the same time but generally most people want and expect monogamy and that’s okay too. Everyone is different. As long as everyone is consenting and happy then love however many people you want. If a person wants monogamy that needs to be respected as well.
