Baby’s eczema is getting worse 😭

Please help. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve been looking forward to bringing her to her pediatrician but all she said was it’s an eczema and put lotion on it. Now it’s getting worse and worse 😥 I already use aquaphor, Vaseline, lubriderm, hydrocortisone and all of them just work for a little while and then it comes back again. Changed the detergent and soap too.
