Jelly like substance in milk????

Question

I've been exclusively pumping since baby was born 9 days ago. I have been pumping more milk but have noticed jelly like blobs in the bottle. Is this safe to feed the baby??? My nipples got blisters due to using a flange that was too big and I'm dealing with really sore nipples...wondering if this has somethimg to do with it. Praying that this gets easier😪

It sounds like milk blisters but not certain

It comes out like that or had the milk been in the fridge. Cuz it will separate and you get glops of fat   When it’s warmed back up it will mix back in
