I've got one mediation session booked separately from my ex on Monday, and then I can expect to start mediation together with him after that to talk over arrangements for my daughter. I don't want to do shuttle mediation were we are in separate rooms, as I don't want to give him the satisfaction of seeing that he scares me. Has anyone done face to face mediation with an emotionally abusive ex? Any tips? I was given a form to fill out before hand and I stated that there had been emotional abuse in the relationship, as well as the fact he tried to groom me when I was 15 and he was 20 before we got together. I am so nervous!
