IUD recommendations?

These are the only 4 available to me. I had Liletta previously and wasn’t happy with it but I want to try another one. Tell me your experiences.

I love the paragard bc it’s non hormonal so it didn’t bother my period, make me get a bunch of acne or gain weight. It also lasts 10 years which is great

Kyleena is the smallest and safest. I personally have used it and would recommend it.

Mirena 
I bled for 3 months straight after getting it. I am 7 months in and still getting a period. ( They said most women stop having a period after 6 months) The last 3 months my period has come early, but much lighter. I spot for 2 days, bleed for 3, and then spot for 2 more. I don't use tampons and don't bleed enough to use my diva cup, so it pads pads pads. I get some pretty heavy cramps though.
I have found that when I first start having sex, it can be little painful. But as long as I ease into it, it doesn't hurt. 
Haven't gotten pregnant, so it seems to be doing it's job.

Mirena and Liletta are the same iud, so you may experience the same side effects you didn’t like if you use Mirena. Maybe try one with lower hormones, like Skyla or Kyleena. If you don’t mind heavier and more crampy periods but want no hormones, consider ParaGard.
