We had our first ultrasound today where I was 9 weeks from my lmp but I know I ovulated around day 17/18 so I ended up measuring at 8w3d. HR 180. Feeling positive after our MMC last summer, and planning on telling the new grandparents today!

Any Ramzi theories? Transvaginal ultrasound :)
