This would be my 5th pregnancy

So I had a handsome son in July 2015 we experienced 3 losses is a row starting July 2018 up until nov 1 with the third loss... I am now right around 4/5 weeks a year later and I’m so nervous about everything I feel like I’m pregnant but I feel like maybe this is a loss too 😭😫😫😫
