TTC baby #2 - QUESTION

Hey everyone! My husband and I are hoping to start TTC baby number 2 in the next few months. For number one, we tried to conceive naturally for over two years. My GP then put me on meformin (I also have PCOS), with the hopes that would jumpstart my ovulation. It did, and two months on metformin led to me getting pregnant.

I’ve since switched GPs (no bad blood, just found someone much closer to where I currently live). With my history of PCOS and TTC unsuccessfully, do you think my new GP will still make me TTC for over a year before approving medical intervention in the form of medication?

I’d basically like to just get back on the metformin.

Has anyone else had experience with this?
