Nipple piercings

I want to get my nipples pierced but I’m afraid too 1. Because it’s gonna hurt and 2. My bf likes to sucks on them a lot and I’m afraid it’s gonna hurt if he does so I was wondering if anyone had them done, and does it hurt if someone were to suck on them?
