For people who believe in Law Of Attraction, Am I creating the steps to him? Read below

I believe in Law of Attraction. My ex and I dated in HS and we got along but we were young. Eventually broke up and went on with life. I moved to another state and lived there for some time, suddenly started being drawn to my old state again. Thoughts of I want a booth selling my rave wear at a rave that my home state has. Then suddenly thoughts of my ex popped up. Wanting a do over and just wanting to be with him. Out of my control I had to move back to my home state. My ex is with someone now and Un added me on snap and doesn’t have insta but has me added on FB. I truly don’t feel like our chapter is done yet, just put on hold. Sounds weird but am I manifesting for us to someday meet up again and try again or is it just due to situation?
