Bleeding during and after sex

So I slept with this guy I’ve been seeing for the first time this weekend and it’s the first time I’ve had sex in about a year since I lost my virginity.

It was really painful at first and then it was okay but I noticed in the morning that I was spotting fresh blood and I’ve been on the pill for 2 years and never got a bleed so I can’t be that.

But it’s 4 days later and I’m still getting sports of fresh blood but I’m not in any pain anyone have an idea why this could be??
