Pls help heavy bleeding!

I had my surgical abortion done at the end of April. I bled for about 2 weeks then I was fine. Then mid June came and I got my first period which lasted a very long 2 weeks, I called the clinic I went to and asked if this was normal and they said yess and I tracked all the days I bled through this app eve. Finally I stopped bleeding for a week but yesterday I woke up and started bleeding extremely heavily all over again. I’m legit terrified I don’t know what this means. Someone please comment with answers
