Umbilical cord?

My baby girl is 13 days old and still has her umbilical cord and has a bit of a smell, no puss or anything like that. Anyone else’s baby still have there’s? Should I call pediatrician?

My son's fell off when he was 11 days old. I didn't use anything on it at first then started swabbing it with alcohol once a day. He still has a scab and some blood but I was told that normal and to continue to clean it

My daughter lost hers on day 17.

It's normal for it to smell foul. It's dying tissue 🤢

Clean it with alcohol so it can dry up. I pour alcohol on my little girls atleast 2 times a day and hers fell off right at 2 weeks old. Hers never smelled because I cleaned it so much

My daughters just fell off at 3 weeks 3 days old.

Both of my sons lost theirs on day 14. June baby had a tiny bit that didn’t fall off until the next day. It’s normal to smell a little icky. Don’t put anything on it as someone else suggested, that can slow down healing. If it starts looking infected or just smells overwhelmingly foul, I’d call.
