I had an abortion last week now Im depressed

Last week I had an abortion, no one knows except my friend the guy who got me pregnant. I wasn’t ready to have a baby and I have to keep telling myself that, but I’m just so sad that I did it. I know it was the right choice but I wish I could take it back. I feel so alone. And everyday I just feel worse and worse.
