Does precum always lead to a full ejaculation?

My fiancé and I had sex the other day and he never ejaculated but we don’t know if he had precum..? If he had precum would he have definitely ejaculated a few minutes later?

No. Because even though they get precum, you can stop anytime during sex before they actually cum. It’s just like you having an orgasm, it can feel like you will but you can stop it anytime.
