10 + weeks 121 bmp

Sooo I'm a bit worried. I got my results back from when I went to the ER and they said everything checked out fine. I have a patient portal where I can read my results and it says the heartbeat is is along the lower limits of normal which is 121... at my 7 week job appt. It was 141. Has anyone had this? I know ER deals with all sorts of problems but I also know they arent specialized in the ob aspect only. Had anyone had the same situation?
