NEED SOME ADVICEE! Hate Gettin sick
So i have a personal trainer, and he is great and what not. But I have been training for 2 months 1 week and every time i do glutes workout I get nauseous, and I end up puking. Im at a point where I fucking hate glutes workout. I have try conditioning training and i didnt get sick, so it has to be my glutes. My trainer advice is it will take more time for my body to adjust and just keep training hard. Has anyone experience this or have any advice.
*** note : I don't eat before my training, I drink small amounts of water during glutes workout. Also Any other workout [ Chest, Arms, Quads, etc] dont make me feel so bad as glutes.

-- thanks for hearing me out & well i dont eat cause it makes me feel way worse. Even if i eat simple oatmeal, or simple carbs or a pear i get worst with my glutes workout. & i have been feeling great doing all my other workouts with no meals prior
