I remember in high school we had a class teaching us about the dangers of sending or receiving nude photos while were underage. We were told that we could get charged with child pornography and put on the sex offenders list. I don’t know how accurate this information actually is but it just popped in mind and I thought I’d make a topic.

Do you think that minors that are close in age should be getting in legal trouble like this for swapping nude photos?
