Wish I'd done NCT purely for the mum friends.

I did the NCT course and I am glad I did. I needed forceps in the end for my little one and wouldn’t have known about the choices if I didn’t go to the classes.

We did a 4 week course, didn’t learn anything new but met some amazing mum friends and my babies now have lots of play dates 😊

I was very keen to breastfeed my LG and attended the breastfeeding class. Very glad I did enjoyed it so much. Gave me the confidence to stick at it and trust my body (as long as baby latched, wet/dirty nappies)

I did with my 1st but you mostly just figure it out along the way.

We did NHS and NCT. Both were good and beneficial as a first time mum x

FTM so went and yeah few helpful tips and I went with my husband. It gave him an idea of pain relief, birth and taking care of newborn.

Did NCT - didn’t learn much but made amazing friends who I see weekly now (10 months ago) and their support has been incredible
The classes are ok, it was a good way for my hubby to get some of that info I think
There’s a big focus in the in labour and delivery but my daughter arrived very quickly so most of it didn’t apply

I went to the first one, the talks were very basic, like I would say appropriate for someone very young who doesn’t know anything about being pregnant (eat ur veg, excersise, don’t drink or smoke, etc etc) then we played ‘breastfeeding bingo’....never went back! Lol 
I’ve researched a lot on YouTube about anything I had questions on. 
I don’t personally think it’s a MUST do but if wanted to have an excuse to get out of work for a bit you may as well go 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣
