Severe headache after climax.

I had the strangest thing happen to me today for the first time and I wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else. I had an orgasm and almost immediately afterward I had the most intense pain I have ever had in the right side of my head. My head was instantly throbbing and my face also felt a bit tingly on that side. I was terrified I was having a stroke so I checked that I could raise my arms, eyebrows, walk, talk, pupils etc. Everything was functioning fine but the pain was incredible. I've had migraines before but never like this. Has anyone else experienced this?
