Really scared to put my almost 3 year old in daycare

I have been a stay at home mom since he was born and if he wasnt with me he was with my mom. I have to start working because my husband has heart and kidney issues. He will be 3 in Aug and the sweetest boy but very rambunctious so im afraid that the teachers will not take the time to calm him down like i do. I just dont want him to be in trouble all the time and I just dont know how he will adjust. I know in the long run he will make friends and learn more things but Im still just having a hard time accepting that I have to leave him with someone he doesnt know and someone who doesnt know how he is. He still has trouble pronouncing things so what if he asks for a drink but they cant understand? Im really having anxiety about this. I will be working with the school district so at least every weekend and holiday i will have off and also summers so thats good. Please can you ladies share some good experiences with daycare to put my mind at ease.
