My baby now and my last didn’t get any, but my first did like really bad and I used my breastmilk to wash his face twice a day and it went away in a week.

The first one was of my baby around the 3 week mark. He was covered in baby acne! I had to photoshop them out in his baby pics. The bottom one is from this morning. His face is back to being clear. I was so worried for a while lol

I honestly feel like boys get this more then girls my son got it when he was a baby but my girls never did idk it took about two weeks to get rid of and I used breast milk to try to help it out....
It has to do with the hormones and bf is what the dr told me
