How do I get my belongings?

I just got out of a lease with my ex and at the apartment I have my debit cards there and my child’s dresser. He will not allow me to come and get them and is saying he will drop them off when it’s convenient for him- but his car is broken. So that’s no where soon.

What should I do? I can go get them, it’s just a matter of him not allowing me. (By the way he’s crazy so..)
