He's 29 and I'm about to be 21. He has a degree but hasn't started working in the field yet, I'm about to start college. Neither of us have our own home yet.

He says he doesn't want to wait 5 years for me to go through college to start life stuff.

I guess I just don't understand how someone would just want to give up, we could be building our relationship and get engaged and married and start those life things, even now.

Any thoughts? Aside from he is clearly not worth my time at this point lol.
