How much should a 6 week old drink?

Hi Moms, 
How much should a 6 week old be drinking? My son takes 4 oz every 2 to 2 and half hours but will usually cry right after and sometimes won’t settle until we give him some more.  
He usually gets pumped milk and formula during the day so i’m not sure if he should be having more ounces per feeding. 
I don’t want to over feed him but I also don’t want to not give him enough.

My daughter is also 6 weeks and we had her check up today. She was 8 lbs 3 oz at birth and is now 9 lbs 14 oz. she also eats every 2-2.5 hours and can eat anywhere from 3-5 oz. she gets both breastmilk and formula. Her pediatrician wasn’t worried and told me I’m not over feeding her (my main concern) - her pediatrician office is also a breastfeeding center so I trust their opinion. 
I also want to add in the hospital she was getting formula (rough delivery) and was drinking 25-50 mls!! 
I was told to feed her if she’s hungry. If she’s not spitting up or throwing up after she’s ok..

That sounds pretty normal. There is a growth spurt at six weeks so baby may temporarily need more. Are you pace feeding the bottles?
