Should the man or woman say it first and does it matter? Does the time matter such as, is a month too soon to be in love even if you known each other longer.

sometimes things happen quickly or take their time. My current boyfriend said it to me first within 2 months of us getting to know each other and starting to date. I didn’t say it back for another month. It depends on the situation if I had been ready I probably would’ve said it first. Who care🤷🏼‍♀️
