Yes, there are a lot of things that affect how your skin ages, not just your age itself.
How you look after it- do you sleep with makeup on, do you spend too much time in the sun or did you as a child/ teen, do you drink enough water, do you moisturise?
Genetics play a role, how often you move your  muscles play a role, even how you sleep play a roll (you'll find you'll have more wrinkles later in life on the side you predominantly sleep on).

If you scrunch your forehead often enough. My son was getting a wrinkle on his nose from constantly rubbing it in an upward motion until he stopped.
