Eczema?

Question

Is anyone else dealing with a baby with eczema? What are you doing to treat it? 
My baby has had these spots for almost 2 months now and they don’t go away. My doctor said 2 months ago it was nothing to worry about but now that it hasn’t gone away I’m getting worried!

My daughter had/has eczema ! I use baby aveeno eczema therapy lotion and WOW does it it work. She had it on her face, shoulders, and back and with the use of the cream she is clear. I put it in every diaper change until it disappears then a couple times a day. She has been FULLY clear for a month now and I use the cream maybe once every two days. And her eczema was bad bad bad. My doc told me to use aquaphore eczema cream if the lotion wasn’t moisturizing enough, I have yet to have to use the aquaphore but I did buy it.  
When it was really bad I didn’t know what it was and I used hydrocortozone 1 percent cream. THIN layer one time and it really helped and was played by my ped for breakouts.

She might have an allergy. Eczema is very often caused by allergies
