Would you date someone that one of your friends has slept with?

I was at work the other day talking to my friend about guys and all that. She mentioned a pub and I was like “Oh I know a guy who works there” she asked what his name was and after I said his name she went “I slept with him a while ago, are you seeing him?” to which I just started laughing and talked about it for another 30 mins or so lol.

I’ve met him on tinder 2 years ago, we spoke for a bit I can’t remember anything to be honest but we only started speaking again last week. We’ve met for the first time this week after work for a few minutes, I visited him at work after my shift ended today as the pub where he works is in my way home and he asked if I could pop in for a bit. Yesterday we grabbed some food and went to his place, we ended up having sex and I jokingly mentioned my friend sleeping with him like “my friend said she slept with you so here I am now doing the same thing” we just laughed it off he kinda explained himself like when and how it happened but I wasn’t bothered at all I don’t care really. He’s a really nice and sweet guy and seems to really like me. Yesterday when I went to his place he said he’s a bit nervous around me cause he likes me like aw how cute.

But anyway, I was talking to another friend of mine about it today and she wasn’t having any of it. Like how could I date someone who fucked one of my friends that’s messed up what if he cheats on me with her so I mean great way of looking at it lol. So I’m just wondering, would you? Or would the fact knowing that you and one of your friends shared the same dick put you off? I’m not rushing it, I like him, we’ll see how it goes and if it goes anywhere then that’s fine with me we’re both adults 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I wanna see other opinions as well 😂
