Bleeding at 9 weeks??

So I’m 9 weeks pregnant (haven’t been to the doctor yet but had three BFP 4 weeks ago), and this is my second pregnancy. 
Yesterday I was really sick with stomach cramps, nausea and dry-heaving. Today I had less stomach cramps and light spotting in the morning, but now it’s turned to diarrhea and period-like bleeding. Has anyone else experienced spotting/bleeding in the first trimester? My Dr appointment is in a few days but paranoia is getting the best of me. 
Side note: I never had any sickness/issues with 1st baby so this is new to me!
UPDATE: Thank you for all the prayers and advice. We went to the doctor and I did end up have a completed miscarriage. I appreciate your support 💕

Period-like bleeding doesn’t sound right. Your doc will tell you more on your appointment. Bring it up for sure!

If there is heavy period like bleeding and cramping you may be miscarrying sorry. If there is light bleeding, along with nausea and diarrhea it may be a stomach bug that is irritating the uterus. You'll need to get checked out to know for sure.. good luck
