Shave down there?

Ok ladies, TMI but necessary. 
Do you shave before giving birth? I’ve read many articles about the benefits but also have read cons about it
What’s your take?

It’s a preference thing. 
If you prefer a shaved vagina then yes shave. You bleed a lot and I personally can stand the feeling of blood and hair so I shave.
If it isn’t your norm to let it be then I wouldn’t bother shaving. There really isn’t a major benefit unless you go for a c-section and then they would just shave the top near your pubic bone.

I knew I was having my baby so I had time during the day to pamper and take a big shower and clean myself up a bit. I felt awesome being fresh and hair and makeup done! I labored from 11AM TO 6:15PM at home and when my water broke at 6:15 we headed to the hospital and babe was out in the hour. All that being said, do what you are comfortable with. There is no wrong answer!!

By the time I was ready to driver I couldn’t reach my vag. I just apologized in advance and most of the time they would be like “I’ve seen worse”😬. I do try to keep up with it as much as I can

Nope Drs don't care and there is no real need. I like to keep it trimmed for comfort but it to hard to shave.

No I didn’t bother. Dr don’t care about it & I don’t see how there’s ‘benefits’, it’s still the same vagina... just bald if you shave it completely.
