How far am I really?

I know when I ovulated and I’m pretty sure I know the day I conceived

When did you have implantation bleeding. I was reading that implantation bleeding can happen around 10 days after you conceive

On my calendar the few days of light bleeding I had was 11 days after the day I’m sure I conceived.

Would that be my implantation bleeding?

Would I go by my day I conceived or would I go by last period

Dr office won’t see me for a while
