Prenatal pills?

I have noticed some nausea and my smell is very off with specific scents. I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive. I go to planned parenthood for confirmation and accurate results which still turned out positive. I’m 6 weeks and 4 days and I had no clue or any intention. I will be keeping this baby. However, the lady did recommend to take prenatal pills for a healthy baby.

- I asked if there was a specific brand but she said she had no clue.

- I asked if I had to take these prenatal pills everyday during the pregnancy and after? Or I stop taking them after the baby is born? She said she doesn’t know and to ask my doctor.

The thing is I don’t have a doctor yet. I am still waiting on getting approved for mediCal. Can you guys answer these questions for me please? I am very anxious to know.
