Extremely extremely nervous

Hey girlies, I’m in a little bundle and I’m confused Monday was my first time with this boy ( who later on told me that he basically used me) (also tmi coming up this is so embarrassing I’m sorry ) we did it with and without a condom he didn’t cum in me but he did do it on my upper thigh ever since then I been feeling dizzy, back pain nauseous and at first cramping in the vaginal area that moved to just my stomach im extremely nervous and I don’t know what to do and I don’t know what’s going on and I been crying ever since thank you guys abd again I’m sorry for the post 🙃
