I’ve been on birth control for 4 weeks. Started bleeding on my fourth placebo pill. I thought that if I started my new pack and took two extra pills my period would stop. Yesterday I had the worst cramps of my life. I was bleeding so much and passed a blood clot bigger than a quarter. I went to the doctor and they ran test and didn’t find anything. My bleeding has stopped and now my vag hurts. Can anyone help me?
