My boyfriend & my weight
I debated making a poll and posting this pic to see yalls opinions on whether I looked overweight or healthy or whatever. But I sent it to my boyfriend first and wow. I'm feeling so confident now. He saved the pic and told me that my body is so sexy😌🙈
So here's to my weightloss journey since January.. I used to be 190 pounds but now I'm down to 163!! I havent been in the 150s since 2016 and I'm so excited!! I cant wait to see my progress at the end of the year😊
Then...

Now..

Thank yall so so sooo much for all of the comments!! I love how supportive ladies on <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> are❤
***I decided to cut out all drinks except water, milk, and some healthy juices. I also cut out all unnecessary food, so like. Desserts, chips, basically any junk food that humans love to snack on lol... if I do want to snack, I eat fruit or I drink water. A lot of the time your body thinks you're hungry but you're actually super thirsty. WATER IS YOUR BEST FRIEND.
As far as meals, I literally eat whatever I want, but i eat smaller portions and i stop whenever I feel satisfied. I challenged myself to start ordering smalls instead of larges whenever I go out to eat!
I work out at least 5 days a week... and honestly, I do more weight/dumbbell/resistance band things than I do cardio. Usually I run 1/2-1 mile and sometimes I'll do the stair climber (I hate that thing but it really gets your heartrate up and I sweat like crazy lol)... then I'll do weight stuff.
I had absolutely zero idea what to do when I first started. I still dont know what some of the machines in the gym are for lol.. YouTube and pinterest became my best friend. I also follow some girls on instagram that post workout routines.
Staying motivated can be so hard sometimes but you have to stick with it... you can have bad days that you skip the gym or over eat. But bounce back the next day!!
I hope this helps a little bit! You kinda just have to figure out what works for you, but I wouldnt necessarily suggest dieting because those are miserable and so hard to stick to. Just slowly start cutting back and cutting out :)
